Delivery, Testing & Return Policy

To ensure you shop with complete peace of mind, we have set the following clear and customer-friendly terms:

1. Delivery (In-store pickup or courier delivery)

  • At the moment of delivery, our staff/driver will stay with you while you fully inspect the product (power-on test, physical condition, completeness of accessories, and matching your order).
  • If there is any discrepancy or visible issue, you can reject and return the item on the spot — your payment will be refunded immediately with zero charges.

2. 7-Day Testing Period (after successful delivery)

  • Once you have received and confirmed the item is correct and undamaged, you have a full 7 calendar days to test it thoroughly.
  • During these 7 days, if any internal or technical fault occurs (motherboard issue, camera defect, battery problem, screen malfunction, etc.) that originated from the manufacturer or during transport, you may return the product for a full refund or a brand-new replacement.

3. Cases not eligible for return
Returns are only accepted when:

  • The product has no physical damage (cracks, scratches, dents, water/liquid exposure, etc.).
  • Original packaging, seals, box, and all accessories are intact and returned together.
  • Factory stickers, serial numbers, and IMEI labels are not removed or tampered with.

4. How to return within the 7-day period

  • Simply contact us via WhatsApp or phone (support number on the website).
  • Our team will arrange the pickup time and method.
  • After technical inspection and approval, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 24–48 working hours.
